WEICONLOCK® AN 306-20 | Retaining Cylindrical Assemblies. APPLICATION: WEICONLOCK® AN 306-20 is a higher viscosity, high-strength joint. The adhesive is difficult to disassemble and suitable for drinking water applications. The dosing tip and the pen system make the adhesive easy to dose. The heat adhesive is suitable for temperatures up to +200°C. PROCESSING: WEICONLOCK® is applied evenly directly from the pen with the dosing tip; avoid direct contact between dosing tip and metal. In case of press-fitted joints and larger parts to be joined, both surfaces should be evenly wetted. Join parts quickly. Joined parts should not be moved until they are strong enough to be held by hand. WEICONLOCK® that has already come into contact with metal should not be poured back into the bottle. Even the tiniest metal particles will cause curing in the bottle. In series production, the use of dosing units is recommended. STORAGE: WEICONLOCK® can be stored for at least 24 months at room temperature in the sealed original containers. Avoid heat sources and direct sunlight. The air content in the pen keeps WEICONLOCK® liquid. SAFETY: When processing WEICON products, the physical, safety, toxicological and ecological data and regulations in our EC safety data sheets must be observed. TECHNICAL DATA: Colour: green. Fluorescent: yes. Hand strength at room temperature: 20 - 40 min. Final strength at room temperature: 24 hrs. Temperature resistance: -60 to +200 °C.
