WEICONLOCK® AN 306-03 50 ml |Retaining Cylindrical Assemblies. APPLICATION: WEICONLOCK® AN 306-03 is a low-viscosity, high-strength joint, it hardens quickly. The metal adhesive or bearing adhesive is transparent and difficult to disassemble and is suitable for bearings, shafts and bushes. The dispensing tip and the patented WEICON pen system make the adhesive easy to dispense. After only a short time, it reaches hand strength and achieves best results. PROCESSING: WEICONLOCK® is applied evenly directly from the pen with the dosing tip; avoid direct contact between dosing tip and metal. Assemble and tighten the parts. In the case of press-fitted and larger parts to be joined, always wet both surfaces thinly and evenly. Do not pour WEICONLOCK® that has already come into contact with metal back into the bottle. Even the smallest metal particles will cause the adhesive to harden inside the bottle. In series production, the use of dosing units is therefore recommended. STORAGE: WEICONLOCK® can be stored for at least 24 months at room temperature in the sealed original containers. Avoid heat sources and direct sunlight. The air content in the pen keeps WEICONLOCK® liquid. SAFETY: When processing WEICON products, the physical, safety, toxicological and ecological data and regulations in our EC safety data sheets must be observed. TECHNICAL DATA: Colour: green.
