WEICONLOCK® AN 305-86 | Pipe Sealing. PROPERTIES: Specially designed for the economical securing, fastening and sealing of screwed, joined and surface connections. The sealant is high viscosity, high strength and extra strong. After curing, an adhesive bond is formed which is resistant to chemicals, solvents and temperatures from -50°C to +150°C. APPLICATION: WEICONLOCK® AN 305-86 is high viscosity, low strength and cures quickly. The sealant is easily removable. The dispensing tip and the WEICON pen system ensure optimum dispensing of the adhesive. PROCESSING: WEICONLOCK® is applied evenly directly from the pen with the dosing tip; avoid direct contact between dosing tip and metal. Mount and tighten parts. Do not pour WEICONLOCK® that has already come into contact with metal back into the bottle. Metal particles will cause curing in the bottle. STORAGE: WEICONLOCK® can be stored for at least 24 months at room temperature in the sealed original containers. Avoid heat sources and direct sunlight. The air content in the pen keeps WEICONLOCK® liquid. SAFETY: When processing WEICON products, the physical, safety, toxicological and ecological data and regulations in our EC safety data sheets must be observed. TECHNICAL DATA: Colour: red.
