WEICONLOCK® AN 305-74 | Flange Sealing PROPERTIES: Specially designed for the economical securing, fixing and sealing of surface joints. The sealant reaches hand strength after 20 min at room temperature. After curing, an adhesive bond is formed which is resistant to chemicals, solvents and temperatures from -60°C to +180°C. APPLICATION: WEICONLOCK® AN 305-74 is highly viscous, has high strength and cures quickly. The sealant is difficult to remove. The dispensing tip and the WEICON pen system ensure optimum dispensing of the adhesive. PROCESSING: WEICONLOCK® is applied evenly directly from the pen with the dosing tip; avoid direct contact between dosing tip and metal. Mount and tighten parts. In case of press connections and large parts to be joined, wet both surfaces thinly and evenly. Do not pour WEICONLOCK® that has already come into contact with metal back into the bottle. Metal particles will cause curing in the bottle. STORAGE: WEICONLOCK® can be stored for at least 24 months at room temperature in the original sealed containers. Avoid heat sources and direct sunlight. The air content in the pen keeps WEICONLOCK® liquid. SAFETY: When processing WEICON products, the physical, safety, toxicological and ecological data and regulations in our EC safety data sheets must be observed. TECHNICAL DATA: Colour: orange. Fluorescent: yes. Max. Gap bridging: 0.5 mm. Hand strength at room temperature: 15 - 30 min. Final strength at room temperature: 12 hrs.
