WEICONLOCK® AN 305-72 | Adhesive is a high-viscosity, medium-strength adhesive for use at home and in many industrial applications. The thread and pipe seal can be dismantled normally. CHARACTERISTICS OF THE SEAL: High viscosity - medium strength - DVGW-certified - can be used in drinking water applications - can be dismantled normally - extra strong - heat resistant. APPLICATION OF THE SEAL: Indoors and outdoors - in household | garage | garden o in sanitary areas o in the kitchen o pipeline construction in gas | water | hydrocarbon | oil plants - in many industrial areas: o automotive industry o water management o chemical industry o oil industry. PROCESSING: WEICONLOCK®is applied evenly directly from the pen with the dosing tip; avoid direct contact between dosing tip and metal. Apply WEICONLOCK® annularly to the thread. Screw the pipe thread together and tighten until the desired alignment is achieved. If used as a surface seal, apply a continuous bead on one side of the flange, join parts quickly and screw tightly. Do not pour WEICONLOCK®that has already come into contact with metal back into the bottle. Even the smallest metal particles will cause curing in the bottle. In series production, the use of dosing units is therefore recommended. SAFETY AND HEALTH: When processing WEICON products, the physical, safety, toxicological and ecological data and regulations in our EC Safety Data Sheets must be observed.
