WEICONLOCK® AN 301-72 | Pipe and Flange Sealing, special adhesive heat HIGH TEMPERATURES: Specially designed temperature adhesive for fixing and sealing screw and surface joints. Resistant to high temperatures: After curing, a vibration and shock resistant adhesive joint is formed, which is resistant to chemicals, solvents and temperatures from -60°C to +200°C. APPLICATION: WEICONLOCK® AN 301-72 is highly viscous, medium strength and cures very quickly. The sealant with NSF approval can be dismantled normally. The dispensing tip and the WEICON pen system ensure optimum dosage of the adhesive, which reaches hand strength after 15-30 minutes. PROCESSING: WEICONLOCK is applied evenly directly from the pen with the dosing tip; avoid direct contact between dosing tip and metal. Assemble and tighten the parts. In the case of press-fitted and larger parts to be joined, always wet both surfaces thinly and evenly. Do not pour WEICONLOCK that has already come into contact with metal back into the bottle. Even the smallest metal particles will cause curing in the bottle. In series production, the use of dosing units is therefore recommended. STORAGE: WEICONLOCK is stored in the original, closed containers at Shelf life minimum 24 months at room temperature. Heat sources and avoid direct sunlight.
