WEICONLOCK® AN 301-65 | Pipe and surface sealing ANAEROBIC THREAD SEAL: Specially designed for the economical securing, fastening and sealing of screwed, joined and surface connections. After curing, a vibration- and shock-resistant adhesive joint is created which is resistant to chemicals, solvents and temperatures from -60°C to +150°C. APPLICATION: WEICONLOCK® AN 301-65 is highly viscous, medium strength and cures very quickly. The sealant with NSF-approval can be dismantled normally. The dispensing tip and the Weicon pen system ensure that the adhesive can be optimally dispensed and reaches hand strength after only 5 minutes. PROCESSING: WEICONLOCK® is applied evenly directly from the pen with the dosing tip; avoid direct contact between dosing tip and metal. Assemble and tighten the parts. In the case of press-fitted and larger parts to be joined, always wet both surfaces thinly and evenly. Do not pour WEICONLOCK® that has already come into contact with metal back into the bottle. Even the smallest metal particles will cause curing in the bottle. In series production, the use of dosing units is therefore recommended. STORAGE: WEICONLOCK® can be stored for at least 24 months at room temperature in the original sealed containers. Avoid heat sources and direct sunlight. The air content in the pen keeps WEICONLOCK® liquid.
