WEICONLOCK® AN 301-48 | Joining compound | High temperature resistant APPLICATION: WEICONLOCK® AN 301-48 is medium viscosity, high strength, high temperature resistant and cures quickly. The joint with NSF & DVGW approval is difficult to dismantle and suitable for bearings, shafts and bushings. The dispensing tip and the patented WEICON pen system allow an optimal dosage of the adhesive. After only 5 minutes it reaches hand strength and achieves best results. PROCESSING: WEICONLOCK® is applied evenly directly from the pen with the dosing tip; avoid direct contact between dosing tip and metal. Assemble and tighten the parts. In the case of press-fitted and larger parts to be joined, always wet both surfaces thinly and evenly. Do not pour WEICONLOCK® that has already come into contact with metal back into the bottle. Even the smallest metal particles will cause curing in the bottle. In series production, the use of dosing units is therefore recommended. STORAGE: WEICONLOCK® can be stored for at least 24 months at room temperature in the original sealed containers. Avoid heat sources and direct sunlight. The air content in the pen keeps WEICONLOCK® liquid. SAFETY: When processing WEICON products, the physical, safety, toxicological and ecological data and regulations in our EC safety data sheets must be observed.
