WEICON Repair Stick Copper | 2-component Adhesive Epoxy Resin special repair on pipes and lines heat resistant APPLICATION: WEICON Repair Stick Copper is suitable for very fast (processing time 3 min.) repairs of cracks, leakages and leaks even on wet and damp surfaces, such as pipes and pipe bends, fittings and flanges, copper gutters and sheets, water heaters and water tanks, hot and cold water pipes, freezing and air conditioning systems. The WEICON Repair Stick Copper can be used in tank and apparatus construction, in the food, cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries, as well as in drinking water and many other areas thanks to the NSF approval. PROPERTIES: The pasty epoxy resin has a temperature resistance of -50°C to +120°C (short: +150°C) as well as a processing temperature of +10°C to +30°C. The curing temperature varies between +6°C and +40°C with a pot life of only 3 minutes (with 25g. preparation and +20°C). The adhesive achieves its manual strength (30%) after 10 minutes, mechanical strength (50%) after 60 minutes and final hardness (100% strength) after 24 hours. The pressure load corresponds to 80N|mm² with a gap overhang of up to max. 15mm. The shrinkage is linear and is less than 1%. QUALITY: 100% German Quality - The WEICON Repair Stick Copper meets the highest quality requirements in compliance with physical, safety, toxicological and ecological regulations. SURFACE PRE-TREATMENT: Clean and dry surfaces (cleaning and degreasing with WEICON Surface Cleaner) are a prerequisite for perfect adhesion. STORAGE: WEICON Repair Sticks can be stored for at least 18 months in unopened condition at a constant room temperature of approx. +20°C and dry storage. Avoid exposure to sunlight.
