WEICON Plastic-Bond 24 ml structural adhesive for plastic, aluminium, steel and many more. PROPERTIES: The solvent-free structural adhesive is suitable for static & dynamic loads, for plastics, aluminium, steel, plastic, etc. The adhesive has a high impact & peel strength and a maximum gap bridging of 5mm. APPLICATION: The adhesive is suitable for structural bonding where high strength bonds are required and for application on vertical surfaces. The multi-functional adhesive is viscous & universally applicable. It can be used in plastics & electrical engineering, metal construction, bodywork, machine & vehicle construction or trade fair & exhibition construction. PROCESSING: The prerequisite for perfect bonding is clean & dry surfaces (clean & degrease with WEICON Surface Cleaner). Best results are achieved if the surfaces to be bonded are mechanically roughened. The universal adhesive can be applied directly from the double cartridge. Discard the first centimetre of the dosed beads. Mix the product thoroughly. Apply the adhesive mixture quickly & one-sidedly to an adhesive surface & join immediately. STORAGE: In unopened condition & store in normal climate (+23°C & 50% relative humidity) for 12 months.
