WEICON Easy-Mix RK-7200 50 g Acrylic Structural Adhesive PROPERTIES: WEICON Easy-Mix RK-7200 is a high-strength, fast-curing, tough-elastic, impact-resistant and solvent-free structural adhesive based on MMA (methyl methacrylate) with very good adhesion to a wide range of materials. APPLICATION: Due to its transparent curing it is especially suitable for bonding e.g. plastics and glass. WEICON Easy-Mix RK-7200 is also suitable for structural bonding where a coloured adhesive joint would disturb the overall optical impression of the component. Thus, transparent plastics such as Plexiglas and other materials can be bonded cleanly and attractively with and among each other with high strength. PROCESSING: Clean and sanitise the adhesive surfaces (e.g. with WEICON Surface Cleaner). WEICON Easy-Mix products can be applied directly from double cartridges with the static mixer supplied. Discard the first 5 cm of the dosed bead. Apply on one side. STORAGE: 6 months at 0°C to +4°C, 3 months at 20°C to +25°C SAFETY: When processing WEICON products, the physical, safety, toxicological & ecological data and regulations of the EC safety data sheets must be observed.
