WEICON Urethane 85 Workpackage | Filler Putty for quick repair, touch-up and coating of rubber and metal. APPLICATION: Thoroughly clean the surfaces to be treated (recommendation: WEICON Surface Cleaner). If necessary, apply WEICON Primer G as adhesion promoter and allow to cure for approx. 30-60 minutes mix the 2- component - add the hardener to the packaging of the resin the 2- component are thoroughly and homogeneously mixed together apply the adhesive to the surface to be treated final strength is reached after 24 hours ready! TECHNICAL DATA: Consistency: pasty Colour after curing: black Pot life at +20 °C: 20 minutes Final hardness after: 24 hours Temperature resistance (wet): -60 °C to +60 °C Temperature resistance (dry): -60 °C to +100 °C PROPERTIES: WEICON Urethane 85 is a 2-component adhesive specially developed for the repair, touch-up and coating of all common metal parts and rubber parts such as NBR and SBR. Thanks to the elasticity of the adhesive, it can also be applied to parts that are exposed to vibration, movement, abrasion and impact. In addition, the polymer adhesive provides excellent protection against wear, ensuring that treated parts can be used for a long time without losing quality. For even better adhesion of Urethane 85, WEICON's specially developed Primer G is recommended as an adhesion promoter. QUALITY: 100 % German quality - WEICON Urethane 85 meets the highest quality requirements in compliance with physical, safety, toxicological as well as ecological regulations.
