WEICON Speed-Flex Crystal MS Polymer 310ml PROPERTIES: Speed-Flex is adhesive, pasty, stable, can be painted over "wet in wet", is resistant to ageing, weathering & UV and is silicone, isocyanate, halogen & solvent free. It is ISEGA certified & suitable for food technology. APPLICATION: The MS polymer-based adhesive & sealant replaces conventional fasteners such as screws, dowels & rivets & makes bonding on vertical surfaces possible due to its very high initial adhesion. It can be used in drywall, metal, container, apparatus, trade fair & shop construction & in ventilation & air conditioning technology. Especially for visually demanding bonding on transparent materials without adhesive seam. PROCESSING: Surfaces must be clean and free of grease. Apply the adhesive with a pressure gun for 310 ml cartridges. To ensure optimum wetting, the bonded parts must be joined before the first skin has formed on the adhesive. STORAGE: In unopened condition & storage at normal climate (+23°C & 50 % rel. humidity) the adhesive & sealant has a shelf life of 12 months. SAFETY: When processing WEICON products, the physical, safety, toxicological & ecological data and regulations of the EC Safety Data Sheets (www.WEICON.de) must be observed. TECHNICAL DATA: Basis: 1-component polyoxypropylene Curing condition: +5 to +40°C & 30% to 95% rel. humidity Skin forming time: 10min. Temperature resistance -40 to +90 shortz. (approx. 2 h) up to +120°C
