WEICON Flex 310 M2 K MS polymer PROPERTIES: WEICON Flex 310 M 2 K is very adhesive, can be painted over wet in wet, can be sanded, weather resistant, UV resistant, free of silicone, isocyanates and solvents and non-corrosive. The adhesive and sealant is a highly adhesive 2-component system based on hybrid polymer, with which full-surface bonding of larger parts is possible and with which bonding gaps of up to ten millimetres can be bridged. APPLICATION: Flex 310 M 2 K is suitable for bonding almost all materials, such as metal and many plastics.
It can be used in metal construction, in container and apparatus construction, in mechanical and plant engineering, in the furniture industry, in ventilation and air-conditioning technology, in the electrical industry, in yacht and boat construction, in many areas of plastics technology and wherever silicones are not suitable. STORAGE: WEICON elastic adhesives and sealants have a shelf life of 12 months when stored unopened and in a normal climate (+23°C, 50 % relative humidity).
SURFACE PREPARATION: The surfaces must be clean and free of grease. Many surface impurities can be cleaned with WEICON Surface Cleaner or WEICON Spray Cleaner S. For certain materials or extreme requirements we recommend the use of a primer. A mechanical surface pretreatment can also considerably improve adhesion.
