WEICON Silicone N 310 ml transparent PROPERTIES: WEICON Silicone N is solvent-free, neutral curing, non-corrosive, adhesive, resistant to weathering, ageing, chemicals and temperatures up to +180°C (+356°F), extremely elastic (elongation at break approx. 550%) and universally applicable. APPLICATION: Silicon N bonds very well to all metals, glass, ceramics and many other materials. Silicon N can be used in plastics processing, in the electrical industry, in energy technology, in the lighting industry, in exhibition and shop construction and in many other areas of industry. PROCESSING: Clean and degrease the surface. Apply with a hand spray gun for 310 ml cartridges with piston rod and automatic dosing system (e.g. WEICON compressed air gun). To ensure optimum wetting, the adhesive parts should be bonded together before the first skin has formed on the adhesive. STORAGE: WEICON adhesives and elastic sealants have a shelf life of 12 months if stored unopened and in a normal climate (+23°C and 50% relative humidity). SAFETY: When processing WEICON products, the physical, safety, toxicological and ecological data and regulations of the EC safety data sheets (www.WEICON.de) must be observed. TECHNICAL DATA Base: 1 K. polysiloxane (oxime) Viscosity: pasty Elongation strain value at 100% according to ISO 37: 0.4N|mm². Temperature resistance: -50 to +180°C.
