WEICON Silicone F liquid 310ml PROPERTIES: WEICON Silicon F filling and coating compound is liquid, self-levelling, spreadable, solvent-free, weather, ageing and temperature resistant up to +180°C and universal in application. APPLICATION: It can be used especially for elastic bonding, insulation and impregnation as well as for sealing and injection moulding (max. 10 mm) of technical components. It adheres well to steel, aluminium and many other materials. The product is used in mechanical engineering, plastics processing, the energy industry and many other industrial sectors. PROCESSING: Clean and degrease the surface. Apply with a hand spray gun for 310 ml cartridges with piston rod and automatic dosing system (e.g. WEICON compressed air gun). To ensure optimum wetting, the parts should be bonded together before the first layer has formed in the adhesive. STORAGE: WEICON elastic adhesives and sealants have a shelf life of 12 months if stored unopened and in a normal climate (+23°C and 50% relative humidity). SAFETY: When processing WEICON products, the physical, safety, toxicological and ecological data and regulations of the EC safety data sheets must be observed. TECHNICAL DATA: Base: 1 K. polysiloxane (acetate) Viscosity: Liquid Elongation strain value at 100% according to ISO 37: 0.8N|mm². Temperature resistance: -50 to +180 °C.
