WEICON Primer P 400 Amber-transparent 250 ml APPLICATION: For the pre-treatment of non-absorbent, low-energy plastic surfaces, such as PE, PP, TPE as well as elastomers (EPDM). PROCESSING: Shake the activator well before use and apply a thin layer with a clean cloth. Observe flash-off times: min. 10 min., max. 1 h. Subsequent bonding should take place within the specified time. Do not allow to flash off for too short a time. In case of longer storage time or intermediate soiling, clean or prime the surfaces to be bonded again. For unknown materials, a suitability and compatibility test is essential. STORAGE: In unopened condition and stored in a normal climate (+23°C and 50 % relative humidity), WEICON Primers have a shelf life of 6 - 12 months, depending on the type. SAFETY: When processing WEICON products, the physical, safety, toxicological & ecological data and regulations of the EC Safety Data Sheets (www.WEICON.de) must be observed. TECHNICAL DATA: Basis: rubber, containing solvents and chlorine Adhesive application: after 1 hour at the latest Colour: Amber, transparent Suitable for: WEICON Urethane, Easy-Mix PU 90|PU 240, Elastic Sealants and Adhesives (except Silicones)
