WEICON Primer E 500 Light yellowish-transparent 250 ml APPLICATION: Especially for silicones - for the pre-treatment of non-absorbent surfaces, e.g. aluminium, steel, VA steel, brass, copper, zinc, tinplate and enamel, ceramics and glass as well as plastics, e.g. ABS, PVC-hard, PA6.6, GRP and many more. PROCESSING: Shake the activator well before use and apply thinly with a clean cloth. Observe flash-off times: min. 60 min., max. 8 h. Subsequent bonding should be carried out within the specified time. Do not allow to flash off for too short a time. In case of longer storage time or intermediate soiling, clean or prime the surfaces to be bonded again. For unknown materials, a suitability and compatibility test is essential. STORAGE: In unopened condition and stored in a normal climate (+23°C and 50 % relative humidity), WEICON Primers have a shelf life of 6 - 12 months, depending on the type. SAFETY: When processing WEICON products, the physical, safety, toxicological & ecological data and regulations of the EC Safety Data Sheets (www.WEICON.de) must be observed.
