The V-TAC VT-8028 is a PIR wall-mounted motion sensor with an adjustable moving head, designed for automatic lighting control in residential, commercial and building applications. It provides a 180° detection range with a maximum detection distance of up to 12 metres at temperatures below 24°C, helping activate connected lighting when movement is detected. The sensor supports adjustable ambient light levels from below 3 to 2000 lux and an adjustable time delay from 10 seconds ±3 seconds up to 15 minutes ±2 minutes, allowing flexible configuration for different environments. It supports a maximum LED load of 400W and operates on AC 220–240V at 50/60Hz. Its IP44-rated PC body makes it suitable for sheltered indoor and semi-outdoor locations such as corridors, entrances, stairways, utility areas and other building access zones where automatic lighting control can improve convenience and energy efficiency.
