The V-TAC VT-8029 is a recessed PIR ceiling sensor designed for automatic lighting control in residential, commercial and building environments. It provides 360° motion detection with a maximum detection distance of 6 metres at temperatures below 24°C and supports LED loads up to 500W. The sensor includes adjustable time delay settings from 10 seconds ±3 seconds up to 15 minutes ±2 minutes, along with adjustable ambient light sensitivity from below 3 to 2000 lux. Its infrared sensing system detects heat signatures and supports motion speeds from 0.6 to 1.5m/s, helping improve both energy efficiency and lighting convenience. With a compact white PC body, IP20 protection and recessed installation format, the VT-8029 is suitable for corridors, offices, residential spaces, utility areas, retail interiors and other indoor lighting automation applications.
