The V-TAC VT-8027 is a flat PIR ceiling sensor designed for automatic lighting control in residential, commercial and building fit-out applications. It uses infrared sensing technology with a 360° detection range and can detect movement at distances of up to 8 metres under suitable conditions. The adjustable time delay ranges from approximately 10 seconds to 15 minutes, while the ambient light setting can be adjusted from below 3 to 2000 lux to suit different installation requirements. Rated for a maximum LED load of 1000W, the sensor operates on AC 220–240V at 50/60Hz and is designed for surface-mounted installation. Its compact Ø115 × 25mm white PC body is suitable for corridors, offices, storage areas, stairways, utility spaces and other indoor areas where automatic lighting control can improve convenience, safety and energy efficiency.
