WEICON Mounting Adhesive Tape Transparent APPLICATION: WEICON Mounting Adhesive Tape Transparent assembly tape is a double-sided, highly Transparent adhesive tape made of pure acrylic adhesive. The adhesive tape is particularly suitable for optically demanding structural bonding's in which Transparent objects are permanently attached both indoors and outdoors. The Transparent adhesive tape adheres firmly and securely to almost all smooth surfaces such as glass, plastic, steel, aluminium, tiles or tiles. The adhesive tape is UV and moisture resistant. In combination with WEICON adhesives and sealants, it can serve as a fixing aid for hybrid bonding and ensures secure positioning of the objects to be bonded. The Transparent assembly adhesive tape can be used in many different application Areas, such as advertising technology, trade fair and exhibition construction, kitchen and furniture construction, caravanning, body and vehicle technology, metal construction and the electronics industry. TECHNICAL DATA: Bonding strength on steel (72H): 20N/cm T-block tensile strength on aluminium (72H): 80N/cm² Dynamic shear strength**: 40N/cm² Static shear strength**: >10, 000 min.+23°c and +70°C, 1000G. 625Mm² QUALITY: WEICON mounting adhesive tape meets the highest quality requirements while complying with physical, toxicological and ecological regulations. INSTRUCTION FOR USE: For optimum installation results, The surfaces to be bonded must be clean (surface cleaner), dry and as smooth as possible. The application temperature should be above 10°C when the tape is applied. The mounting Tape is not suitable for Wallpaper or other sensitive surfaces. Removal may cause damage to the substrate.
