The V-TAC VT-8036-B is a microwave motion sensor designed for automated lighting control in residential, commercial and utility environments. It supports a maximum LED load of 200W and uses high-frequency microwave sensing technology to detect movement, including through certain non-metallic barriers. The sensor offers selectable detection distances of 5m or 10m, adjustable hold times of 5 seconds, 90 seconds, 3 minutes or 20 minutes, and an ambient light setting ranging from below 25 to 2000 lux. Its IP65-rated black plastic housing provides protection against dust and water exposure, making it suitable for both indoor and suitable outdoor installations.
