Mapei Ultracolor Plus is a high-performance, quick-setting and fast-drying cementitious grout designed for filling tile joints up to 20 mm wide. It is formulated to deliver durable, uniform, and aesthetically pleasing grout lines, enhancing the overall look of tiled surfaces with a wide selection of colours.
This grout is suitable for both interior and exterior applications, offering long-lasting performance while maintaining hygienic and easy-to-clean surfaces. It is engineered with advanced technologies to improve resistance to common issues such as mould growth and colour inconsistency.
Ultracolor Plus incorporates BioBlock technology for mould resistance and DropEffect technology for water repellency, ensuring that grout joints remain clean, durable, and visually consistent over time. Additionally, it provides anti-efflorescence properties, preventing white deposits and maintaining uniform colour across the surface.
Designed for efficiency, the product allows rapid setting and early usability of tiled surfaces, making it ideal for projects that require quick turnaround.
