The V-TAC VT-8003-B is a surface-mounted infrared motion sensor designed for automatic lighting control in residential, commercial and building-service applications. It provides a 180° detection range with a maximum sensing distance of 12 metres at temperatures below 24°C and detects movement speeds from 0.6 to 1.5m/s. The sensor supports a maximum LED load of 600W and features adjustable ambient-light sensitivity from less than 3 to 2000 lux, allowing operation to be tailored for different lighting conditions. Its adjustable time delay can be set from approximately 10 seconds up to 15 minutes, providing flexible control over how long connected lighting remains active after movement is detected. With an IP44-rated black PC body and compact 86.4 × 60.4 × 98mm dimensions, the VT-8003-B is suitable for entrances, corridors, stairways, utility areas and other locations where automated lighting can improve convenience and energy efficiency.
