The V-TAC VT-8003 is an infrared motion sensor designed for automatic lighting control in residential, commercial and building-services installations. It provides a 180° detection range with a maximum detection distance of 12 metres at temperatures below 24°C and supports LED loads up to 600W. The sensor includes adjustable time delay, ambient light sensitivity and detection distance settings, allowing installers to tailor its operation to different environments and usage requirements. Its IP44-rated housing offers protection suitable for sheltered indoor and selected outdoor applications, while the surface-mounted design supports straightforward installation on walls and other suitable surfaces. Operating on AC 220–240V at 50/60Hz, the VT-8003 is well suited to corridors, entrances, stairways, service areas, parking access points and other locations where automatic lighting can improve convenience, safety and energy efficiency.
