WEICON Flex 310 M Stainless steel PROPERTIES: The adhesive and sealant WEICON Flex 310 M stainless steel is highly adhesive, can be painted over wet in wet, can be sanded, is resistant to ageing, UV stable and is free of silicones, isocyanates, halogens and solvents and non-corrosive. The product is ISEGA certified and can be used as an adhesive in food technology. APPLICATION: Flex 310 M stainless steel is an elastic adhesive based on MS polymer and is suitable for bonding and seam and joint sealing on metals such as stainless steel, aluminium and non-ferrous metals. It is also used wherever the colour of the sealant and adhesive has to be adapted to the material (e.g. stainless steel, aluminium, etc.). Flex 310 M stainless steel can be used in metal construction, in containers and apparatus construction, in the food industry, in kitchen construction and sanitary areas, in air conditioning technology and wherever silicones are not suitable. PROCESSING: Application methods: Hand pressure gun for 310 ml cartridges, compressed air gun, we recommend a version with piston rod (WEICON compressed air cartridge gun), automatic dosing systems. STORAGE: WEICON elastic adhesives and sealants have a shelf life of 12 months if stored unopened and in a normal climate. TECHNICAL DATA: Base: 1 K.-MS Polymer Working temperature: +5 to +30 °C Hardness condition: +5 to +40°C and 30% to 95% relative humidity Skin formation time*: 15 min. Max.
