WEICON Flex 310 M Crystal MS-Polymer PROPERTIES: WEICON Flex 310 M Crystal is transparent, strongly adhesive, can be overpainted wet-on-wet, has excellent wear resistance, high UV resistance, is free of silicone, isocyanate, halogen and solvents. It is ISEGA certified and can be used as an adhesive in food technology. Flex 310 M Crystal is an elastic adhesive based on MS polymer suitable for bonding glass, PC* and acrylic*, metals, many plastics, ceramics, wood and stone. APPLICATION: After curing, the product is crystal clear and especially suitable for elastic joints where the adhesive should not be visible. It can be used in plastics processing, metal construction, container and appliance construction, ventilation and air-conditioning technology, the electrical and lighting industry, trade fair and shop construction and wherever silicone or silicone-containing products are not suitable. (* = only free of adhesion stresses). PROCEDURE: Methods of application: Manual pressure gun for 310 ml cartridges, compressed air gun, we recommend a version with piston rod (WEICON compressed air gun), automatic dosing systems. TECHNICAL DATA: Base: 1 C. polyoxypropylene Working temperature: +5 to +40 °C Temperature resistance: -40 to +90 short term. (approx. 2 h) up to +120°C
