WEICON Fast-Bond beige 310 ml PROPERTIES: The fast-curing and universally applicable 1-component construction and assembly adhesive based on polyurethane (PUR) is adhesive, recoatable, sandable, weather-resistant, UV-resistant, resistant to fresh and salt water and free from silicone and solvents. APPLICATION: Fast-Bond is suitable for bonding MDF, wood, chipboard, fibreboard and plasterboard, concrete, marble, natural and artificial stone, ceramics, plaster, metal and rigid foams. Fast-Bond can be used in many areas of industry. The assembly adhesive is suitable for waterproof bonding according to DIN EN 204 D4. PROCESSING: Clean and degrease the surface. Apply with a hand-operated pressure gun for 310 ml cartridges with piston rod and automatic dispensing system (e.g. WEICON Compressed Air Cartridge Gun). An adhesive surface should be open to diffusion. The adhesive reacts with moisture (room humidity|humidity on the bonding surface). Join parts within 3 minutes and fix under pressure until set. Adhesive foams slightly. STORAGE: WEICON Elastic Adhesives and Sealants have a shelf life of 12 months if stored unopened in a normal climate (+23°C and 50 % relative humidity). SAFETY: When processing WEICON products, the physical, safety, toxicological & ecological data and regulations of the EC Safety Data Sheets must be observed.
