WEICON Easy-Mix S 50 yellow 50 2-component epoxy sealing compound for electronic component.
FEATURES: WEICON Easy-Mix S 50 yellow is a highly reactive sealing compound that can also be used as an adhesive due to its strong adhesion and fast curing. The epoxy resin system is viscous, self-levelling and cures quickly and impact-resistant. The casting compound has a high adhesion and a short pot life, which is 4-5 minutes. The compound adheres very well to a wide variety of surfaces, such as metal, plastics, glass fibre reinforced plastics, wood, glass, ceramic and stone.
APPLICATION: Easy-Mix S 50 yellow is suitable for applications in various areas, such as casting work in electrical engineering and the electronics industry, casting cable connections, work in insulation and damping technology, metal construction, container and apparatus construction, fittings construction and ventilation and air conditioning technology.
PROCESSING: Easy-Mix S 50 yellow facilitates visual control due to its striking yellow colour. The potting compound is processed with the user-friendly Easy-Mix system.
STORAGE: WEICON Epoxy Adhesives have a shelf life of at least 18 months when stored unopened at a constant room temperature of approx. +20°C and in a dry place. Avoid exposure to sunlight. If these storage instructions are not observed, the storage stability is reduced to 6 months.
SAFETY: When processing WEICON products, the physical, safety, toxicological & ecological data and regulations of the EC Safety Data Sheets must be observed.
