WEICON Easy-Mix S 50 is a viscous | strong | colourless 2-component adhesive that can be used in many industrial areas.
PROPERTIES OF THE ADHESIVE: viscous - strong - heat resistant - unfilled - epoxy resin based - universal - self-levelling.
APPLICATION OF THE ADHESIVE : in various fields: Automotive industry | maritime industry | standard mechanical engineering | apparatus engineering | furniture industry | metal industry as: assembly adhesives, superglue, metal adhesives, plastic adhesives, superglue. - Suitable for almost all materials: light metals | stone | plastic (PVC | ABS | fibreglass | phenol) | copper | aluminium | glass | cork | wood and many more.
SURFACE PRE-TREATMENT: Clean and dry adhesive surfaces are a prerequisite for perfect bonding (e.g. cleaning and degreasing with WEICON Surface Cleaner).
PROCESSING: WEICON Easy-Mix products can be processed directly from double cartridges with the static mixer supplied. Discard the first 5 cm of the dosed bead. The adhesive is applied on one side.
SAFETY AND HEALTH: When processing WEICON products, the physical, safety, toxicological and ecological data and regulations in our EC Safety Data Sheets must be observed.
