WEICON Easy-Mix RK-7100 50 g Acrylic Structural Adhesive PROPERTIES: WEICON RK-7100 bonds many materials, such as plastics, metals or ceramics, to and among each other with high tensile, shear and peel strength. It is particularly suitable for structural bonding where high-strength bonds are required. The adhesive is very viscous and is therefore also suitable for processing on vertical surfaces. APPLICATION: RK-7100 is universally applicable and can be used, for example, in plastics technology, metal construction, car body and vehicle construction, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, model and mould making or trade fair and exhibition construction. PROCESSING: Clean and sanitise the glued surfaces (e.g. with WEICON Surface Cleaner). WEICON Easy-Mix products can be applied directly from double cartridges with the static mixer supplied. Discard the first 5 cm of the dosed bead. Apply on one side. STORAGE: In unopened condition and storage at normal climate (+23°C and 50% rel. humidity) 12 months shelf life. SAFETY: When working with WEICON products, the physical, safety, toxicological & ecological data and regulations of the EC safety data sheets must be observed. TECHNICAL DATA: Base: methyl methacrylate Properties: viscous Colour: cream white, milky Hand strength: after 25 min. Mechanical resistance: after 60 min. Final hardness: after 12 hrs. Temperature resistance: +10 to +40°C
