WEICON Easy-Mix RK-7100 50 g Acrylic Structural Adhesive PROPERTIES: WEICON RK-7100 bonds many materials, such as plastics, metals or ceramics, to and with each other with high tensile, shear and peel strength. It is particularly suitable for structural bonding where high-strength joints are required. The adhesive is very viscous and is therefore also suitable for use on vertical surfaces. APPLICATION: RK-7100 is universally applicable and can be used, for example, in plastics technology, metal construction, bodywork and vehicle construction, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, model and mould construction or trade fair and exhibition construction. PROCESSING: Clean and sanitise the bonding surfaces (e.g. with WEICON Surface Cleaner). WEICON Easy-Mix products can be applied directly from double cartridges using the static mixer supplied. Discard the first 5 cm of the metered bead. Apply on one side. STORAGE: In unopened state and stored at normal climate (+23°C and 50 % rel. humidity), stable for 12 months. SAFETY: When processing WEICON products, the physical, safety, toxicological & ecological data and regulations of the EC Safety Data Sheets must be observed.
