WEICON Easy-Mix HT 180 epoxy adhesive 50 ml
PROPERTIES: The highly viscous 2-component adhesive based on epoxy resin is stable, shock and impact resistant as well as resistant to high temperatures. It has a long pot life, cures at room temperature, can be machined and its special fillers enable a constant adhesive joint.
APPLICATION: The super adhesive is suitable for bonding composite materials such as plastics, ceramics, glass, stone, wood and metal and can be spot welded when not cured. it also enables the bonding of component, which are then thermolacquered after complete curing.
PROCESSING: Clean and clean the surfaces to be bonded (e. g. with WEICON surface cleaner). WEICON Easy-Mix products can be applied directly from double cartridges using the static mixer supplied. discard the first 5 cm of the dosed bead. apply on one side.
STORAGE: WEICON epoxy adhesives can be stored for at least 18 months in unopened condition at a constant room temperature of approx. +20°c and dry storage. avoid exposure to sunlight.
SAFETY: When processing WEICON products, the physical, safety-related, toxicological & ecological data and regulations of the ec safety data sheets must be observed.
