WEICON Dispensing Gun 2K 10:1 for Easy-Mix Epoxy Adhesive 45 ml cartridge. APPLICATION: - Press down the metal lever on the rear part of the dispensing gun, insert the slide from the front and push it through completely. - Insert Easy-Mix adhesive into dispensing gun, - then close the lock (click sound). - Unscrew the bayonet lock and pull it off. - Screw on the mixer attachment and lock it. Depending on the type of adhesive, use Quadro mixing nozzle or Helix mixing nozzle. - By pressing the hand lever of the dispensing gun, the desired amount of adhesive enters the mixing nozzle. There, resin and hardener are already mixed in the correct ratio. - The first 5 cm of the adhesive should first be spread on a piece of cardboard or similar to convince yourself of the homogeneously mixed adhesive. - If the adhesive has not been used up completely, this is not a problem. Simply remove the mixing nozzle and dispose of it, resealing the cartridge with the cap. USAGE: The manual dispensing gun is suitable for processing and evenly dispensing 2-component adhesives. PROPERTIES: The hand tool is economical in use, as there is only a minimal loss of material. DETAIL: The dispensing gun is suitable for processing all epoxy adhesives in a 10:1 ratio. CONSTRUCTION: The gun is robust and unbreakable. It is made of glass-fibre reinforced plastic (polyamide) in combination with a metal transport lever.
