WEICON Crack Testing Agent Penetrant 500 ml CHARACTERISTICS and APPLICABILITIES: Red dye penetrant with very good creep properties for non-destructive material testing - solvent washable. Suitable for metals, many plastics, ceramic materials, glass, etc. The suitability for plastics must be tested beforehand. APPLICATION: The WEICON Crack Testing Agent Penetrant works in combination with the WEICON Crack Detection Agent Cleaner and WEICON Crack Testing Agent Developer and represents the first application step, the identification of cracks and leaks. With the help of the cleaner, excess residues can be removed after the application of the diffusion agent. The developer then triggers the desired reaction by which even the finest hairline cracks can be identified. STORAGE: The container is under pressure. Protect from sunlight and temperatures above +50°C. SECURITY: When processing WEICON products, the physical, safety, toxicological and ecological data and regulations in our EC safety data sheets must be observed. TECHNICAL DATA: Heat resistant: 0 to +50°C. Storage stability: 24 months. Odour: solvent Colour: Red.
