WEICON Contact Gel 20 g - Pasty 1 Component Cyanoacrylate Adhesive WEICON Contact GEL is a paste-like | strong | colourless 1-component adhesive that can be used in many areas of industry and at home. PROPERTIES OF THE ADHESIVE: thixotropic | for special requirements | areas | transparent . APPLICATION OF THE ADHESIVE: bonding | securing of surfaces | materials: Metal | stainless steel | steel | copper | glass | wood | cork | plastic - PVC | ABS | polycarbonate; In household | garage | garden: DIY projects | car | motorbike | bicycle | pipes | housings | tools | furniture; model making | electrical engineering | handicraft and much more. SURFACE PRE-TREATMENT: Clean and dry bonding surfaces are a prerequisite for perfect bonding (cleaning and degreasing with WEICON Surface Cleaner). Smooth surfaces should be mechanically roughened. To improve the adhesion of plastics that are difficult to bond (e.g. PE | PP | POM | PTFE), thermoplastic elastomers (TPE) and silicones, WEICON CA Primer can be applied to the bonding surface. STORAGE: WEICON Contact Cyanoacrylate Adhesives have a shelf life of at least 9 months when stored unopened at room temperature (+18°C to +25°C) and in a dry and preferably dark place, whereas the shelf life can be extended to 12 months at temperatures around +5°C. SAFETY AND HEALTH: When processing WEICON products, the physical, safety, toxicological and ecological data and regulations in our EC safety data sheets must be observed.
