WEICON CA-Aktivator Spray 150 ml accelerator colourless The spray in the practical spray can works within shortest time | accelerates the curing of adhesives without blooming. The practical spray function ensures easy application. PROPERTIES: Heptane based - application temperature from +10 °C to +30 °C. DETAILS AND APPLICATION: Accelerates the curing of superglues - Acts on absorbent surfaces, such as wood | foam etc. and chemically treated surfaces, such as galvanised metal etc. after approx. 1 minute. - Remains effective on non-absorbent surfaces for up to approx. 12 hours. - For application on high-viscosity WEICON Contact types, absorbent | porous surfaces, passive materials | alkaline surfaces, such as galvanised metal parts, unfavourable environmental conditions | low temperatures | insufficient humidity < 30 %. SURFACE PRE-TREATMENT: Clean and dry bonding surfaces are required for optimal bonding. Before activation, clean and degrease the surfaces, for example with WEICON Surface Cleaner. The recommended application temperature is +10 °C to +30 °C. Shake the can briefly before use. APPLICATION: Spray Activator Spray generously onto one of the two surfaces to be bonded at a distance of about 30 cm. Before joining the parts, the activator should flash off for approx. 30 seconds. Apply Cyanoacrylate Adhesive evenly in sufficient quantity on the non-activated surface and join the parts to be bonded or fixed under pressure. Spray excess adhesive residue, allow to harden and remove if necessary. Activator Spray can attack painted surfaces as well as thermoplastics! Check surface compatibility before application. SAFETY: When processing WEICON products, the physical, safety, toxicological & ecological data and regulations of the EC Safety Data Sheets must be observed.
